Thank you for your interest in our self-defense course! To ensure clarity and transparency, please review the following sales terms before making your purchase:

The parties The seller is 927476185, HEROS JOURNEY START UP-HUB AS, post@performancebox.no The buyer is the consumer who makes the order, and is referred to in the following as the buyer/buyer.

Payment - Customers who have to pay for course hours can pay with Vipps, Avtalegiro.

Delivery - Courses are considered delivered when the last course day/hour that has been paid for has been completed.

Right of withdrawal - There is no right of withdrawal on the purchase of any of the courses. It is the buyer's responsibility to know when, where and what they pay for in their course selections.

Defects in the goods - the buyer's rights and deadline for complaints - If the ordered course is moved or cancelled, the buyer is entitled to a new time, but the customer must submit a request for this within 1 month after the moved or canceled course time. After this period of time, it is no longer reasonable to offer such compensation. If the buyer has a complaint about the course, please refer to our email (post@performancebox.no)

Conflict resolution - Complaints are addressed to the seller within a reasonable time, cf. point 5. The parties must try to resolve any disputes amicably. If this is not successful, further actions can be taken by the customer.

Cancellation / Rebooking: Course bookings are binding and the buyer does not have the option to change or cancel the lesson(s).

Course Description: Our self-defense course is designed to equip participants with practical skills and techniques to protect themselves in various real-life scenarios. Led by experienced instructors, the course covers essential aspects of self-defense, including situational awareness, basic strikes, escapes, and basics of MMA.

Participant Requirements: Participants must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent if under 18. Additionally, participants should be in good health and free from any medical conditions that may prevent them from safely participating in physical activities.

Registration and Payment: To secure your spot in the course, full payment is required at the time of registration. We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, PayPal, or cash if registering in person.

Cancellation and Refund Policy: Cancellations made at least 7 days before the start of the course are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the start of the course may incur a cancellation fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after the course has commenced. In cases of medical emergencies or other unforeseen circumstances, refunds may be granted at the discretion of the management.

Course Schedule: The course schedule will be provided upon registration. Please arrive promptly for each session, as late arrivals may disrupt the class and compromise the learning experience.

Safety Guidelines: Safety is our top priority. Participants are expected to follow all safety guidelines provided by the instructors during the course. This includes wearing appropriate attire and protective gear (if required), practicing techniques responsibly, and respecting fellow participants at all times.

Liability Waiver: By participating in the self-defense course, participants acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with physical activities. Participants will be required to sign a liability waiver before the start of the course, releasing the organizers from any liability for injuries or accidents that may occur during the training.

Course Materials: Participants will receive course materials, which may include handouts, instructional videos, and other resources to supplement their learning experience. These materials are for personal use only and may not be reproduced or distributed without prior consent.

Feedback and Evaluation: We value your feedback! At the end of the course, participants will have the opportunity to provide feedback and evaluate their learning experience. Your input helps us continually improve our courses and better serve our community.

Code of Conduct: Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and professional manner throughout the duration of the course. Any behavior deemed inappropriate or disruptive by the instructors may result in dismissal from the course without refund.
